Trifork in Barcelona is seeking a Cloud Application Maintenance Specialist to manage incident intake, triage and lifecycle.You will coordinate with engineering, reproduce issues for developers, and own SLA performance to maintain service stability.Ideal candidates will have ITIL-based experience, strong English/Spanish communication, and proficiency with Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or similar tooling.Flexibility for hybrid work and Barcelona base are valued.#J-*****-Ljbffr
