Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Provide administrative and technical production support for core HR systems, including HRIS, learning management (LMS), and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Resolve user requests, execute system updates, and ensure overall data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and fulfill daily user requests across HRIS, LMS, and ATS platforms.
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve technical system issues via phone and email.
- Perform scheduled system maintenance tasks, including mass data updates.
- Maintain high data accuracy and system security across user accounts and records.
Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting HRIS, ATS, or Learning Management Systems.
- strong technical troubleshooting, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for user support.
- High attention to detail and ability to perform mass data entry accurately.
