ServiceNow Developer

Our West Michigan client is seeking a ServiceNow Developer that is proficient with ITOM modules and methodologies. This important role will assist in creating a solid development in ServiceNow to support the enterprise., This resource will assist in establishing and configuring Operations Modules inside the ServiceNow Platform. A successful candidate will understand the necessary work paths and eventual workflows to build a deployment capable of managing a large enterprise. This will be strongly focused on the ability to script and integrate systems.

2+ years working with ITOM in ServiceNow

Functional Knowledge of ITIL Processes

Experience is web based environments using SaaS

Significant IT experience to understand nuances of cloud and on prem systems

Experience with Cloud provisioning in ServiceNow

Experience with Discovery in ServiceNow

Experience with log analysis and event systems (IE Splunk etc)

Experience with Cloud systems, specifically Azure

Understanding of CMDB concepts and methodologies and setup and build CMDB in ServiceNow

2 years Experience in scripting solutions in (Java, etc)

Past experience in Systems including Windows, Unix/Linux, other

Experience with multiple communication protocols including SOAP, SNMP etc
