Network Administrator

Experteer Overview In this role you will support enterprise-level network operations, coordinating with the Network Operations Center to resolve incidents, implement changes, and upgrade core routing and switching infrastructure. You will draft procedures, analyze outages, and contribute to site surveys and engineering designs. As a seasoned member, you’ll work largely autonomously in remote locations, applying prior experience to develop scalable technical solutions that keep enterprise services available. This position offers hands-on impact within a mission-driven security environment. Compensation / Benefits * Coordinate break/fix resolutions with Network Operations Center and staff * Execute approved changes (VLAN, ACLs, port assignments) and IOS upgrades on routers/switches * Perform network technology upgrades to ensure enterprise operations * Draft SOPs for network operations * Conduct root cause analyses and incident investigations * Support site surveys, engineering designs, and technical refresh projects * Manage network ticket resolution and closure with cross-team coordination * Use administrative access to provision devices and research errors for incident resolution * Review and implement STIGs * Support remote sites as independent engineering and maintenance * Provide data calls for network implementation and upgrades Tasks * TS/SCI with polygraph * Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience OR Master with 3+ years OR PhD with 1+ years (additional 4 years in lieu of degree) * Experience with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, VRF, MPLS, or 802.1x) * Experience with Cisco ISE * Knowledge of KG-175 TACLANES configuration, fault isolation, and firmware upgrades * Familiarity with Cisco and Juniper devices * Active IAT Level II Certification * Active CCNA Certification * Top Secret/SCI w/ Poly clearance Key requirements * salary range: $104,000 - $166,000 * overtime eligibility * shift differential * discretionary bonus * Top Secret/SCI w/ Poly clearance
