Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with HR leadership to shape and optimize UKG Pro and Workforce Management, delivering advanced reporting and analytics that influence executive decisions. You will lead implementation efforts for UKG Pro Workforce Management, build scalable dashboards, and drive process improvements across HR operations. You will collaborate across HR, payroll, benefits, and business leaders to deliver data-driven insights and enhance the employee experience. This position offers visibility to leadership and a chance to become the UKG subject matter expert in a mission-driven organization. Compensation / Benefits * Lead administration, configuration, and optimization of UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management * Build Cognos reports and Power BI dashboards from scratch * Develop workforce analytics, headcount reporting, and executive dashboards * Maintain and enhance existing reports and reporting capabilities * Ensure data integrity across HRIS platforms and employee records * Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and business leaders to improve processes through technology * Support payroll, benefits, timekeeping, compliance, and HR operations via system administration * Gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable solutions with stakeholders * Troubleshoot complex HRIS and reporting issues with timely resolutions * Contribute to ongoing UKG Pro Workforce Management implementation and optimization * Drive continuous process improvements to boost efficiency and employee experience * Serve as the organization’s trusted UKG functional expert and reporting resource Tasks * 6+ years of hands-on UKG Pro Workforce Management experience * Strong experience administering and configuring UKG Pro * Experience supporting UKG Workforce Management including timekeeping * Understanding of UKG Pro and Workforce Management integrations * Proven experience developing custom Cognos reports from scratch * Strong Power BI dashboard development experience * Advanced Microsoft Excel skills * Experience developing HR metrics, workforce analytics, and executive reporting * Knowledge of HR operations including payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR compliance * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and stakeholder partnership skills * Experience driving HR technology and process improvement initiatives * Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Key requirements * competitive salary * outstanding benefits package including medical, dental, and vision * employer-paid life insurance and short-term disability * retirement savings plans * HAS & FSA plans * $0 copay virtual care and preventive care
