Job description

You’ll start your morning checking overnight integrations and UKG Pro release notes, queue up configuration changes to workflows and security roles, and synchronize with HR, Payroll, and IT on priorities. Midday, you’ll dive into data audits, refine BI dashboards in UKG Pro (and Cognos), and translate questions from leaders into actionable insights. In the afternoon, you may run a training session, resolve a tricky user issue, document new SOPs, and push a tested enhancement to production-always with data integrity and user experience top of mind., The HRIS Analyst for UKG Pro configures, maintains, and supports the UKG Pro platform and connected modules. You’ll safeguard data quality, optimize system performance, and deliver reporting and analytics that empower HR operations and strategic decision-making., * UKG Pro administration: Serve as primary admin across modules; configure workflows, business rules, and security; manage updates, releases, and testing in partnership with UKG and internal stakeholders.

  • Data integrity & reporting: Conduct audits and validations; build custom reports and dashboards using UKG Pro BI and standard tools; enable data-driven insights for HR and leadership.
  • Process optimization: Identify improvement opportunities; streamline cross-functional processes with HR, Payroll, and IT; keep SOPs and documentation current.
  • User enablement: Support end users; create training materials; deliver sessions; troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Projects: Lead or support implementations, integrations, and enhancements across the UKG Pro ecosystem., This role is based in an active industrial manufacturing and distribution center with moderate to high noise, temperature fluctuations, and material-handling equipment in use. Expect extended periods of standing or walking on concrete floors and the need for PPE (safety glasses, steel-toed boots). The pace is fast, the work is time- and safety-sensitive, and shift schedules may vary to support production and distribution., * Honesty & Integrity: Operate with transparency, discretion, and ethical judgment; protect sensitive information and deliver accurate, unbiased insights.

Requirements

Do you have experience in UltiPro?, * Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field preferred (not required)., * Solid understanding of HR processes, compliance, and data management.

  • Preferred proficiency in UKG Pro BI reporting, Cognos, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities independently., * 1-3 years with UKG Pro (UltiPro), including configuration experience.
  • Hands-on knowledge of UKG Pro integrations (APIs and third-party systems).
  • Familiarity with modules such as Bryte, Performance/Career, People Assist, Talk, Great Place to Work, Employee Voice, Learning, Recruiting, and Performance.
  • UKG Pro certification or completion of UKG training programs.
