Manager, Data Engineering

Experteer Overview As Manager, Data Engineering, you lead the design and delivery of enterprise data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and data science across Schwab. You will guide cross-functional teams to build scalable data pipelines, data warehouses, and cloud-based platforms, influencing strategic technical decisions and ensuring operational excellence. You mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and drive data-driven outcomes that support client-focused financial services applications. This role emphasizes modernization and impact within Schwab’s enterprise data ecosystem.
