  • Front facing customer service
  • Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
  • Backend office MS Office Support
  • MS Intune
  • Active Directory
  • Remote management
  • Incident Request Management

Must Have Skills: Good technical skills, Good customer service

Requirements

Banking or law firm support work, Experience with Apple iOS Adobe Acrobat

Years of Experience: 5+ years

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, if no degree, they will need 5 years extra experience

Software skills: MS Intune, Ticketing Systems, MS Office Suite
