Our culture is based on caring for our clients and prioritizing their business outcomes.Our mission is to provide a personalized and individual experience to every customer.Why this role matters:As a Rate Specialist, Voice, you will play a key role in optimizing Dexatel’s global voice pricing strategy by ensuring accurate pricing, maximizing profitability, and supporting commercial growth. Through data-driven analysis, pricing optimization, and close collaboration with Sales, Account Management, and Vendor teams, you will help maintain a competitive portfolio while driving sustainable revenue and margin improvements.What You Will Do:Maintain and update A-Z voice pricing across all customer pricing models, including default, customer-specific, and promotional rate plans.Prepare, validate, and publish pricing for new customers, commercial opportunities, and pricing updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency.Design and execute destination-based promotional pricing campaigns while analyzing their impact on traffic, revenue, margin, and conversion.Support Sales and Account Management teams by providing timely commercial pricing and customized pricing solutions.Analyze supplier pricing, route costs, billing increments, and route quality to identify competitive sourcing and pricing optimization opportunities.Monitor route profitability and proactively identify pricing anomalies, cost fluctuations, and low-margin destinations.Maintain accurate destination mappings, dial codes, operator, and network data to ensure clean and standardized pricing files.Develop and maintain pricing dashboards, reports, and analytical insights to monitor revenue, margin, costs, and pricing performance.Provide data-driven recommendations to improve pricing strategy, commercial competitiveness, and overall business profitability.Collaborate with Vendor Management, Routing, Finance, and Commercial teams to support pricing initiatives and continuous process improvements.What You Will Bring:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related field.2+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, routing, wholesale voice, and telecommunications.Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify commercial opportunities.Experience working with pricing models, profitability analysis, and cost optimization.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy.Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.Experience within the telecommunications or CPaaS industry is considered a strong advantage.#J-***-Ljbffr

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Telecommunications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in pricing, commercial analysis, routing, wholesale voice, and telecommunications. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and identify commercial opportunities. Experience working with pricing models, profitability analysis, and cost optimization. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with BI and reporting tools (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar) is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of data accuracy. Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
