• Review and resolve MDM (Reltio) Priority queues defined in Project scope.
• Adhere to defined SLAs for MDM resolution.
• Conduct data investigation and lineage research as needed.
• Perform professional customer demographic research.
• Ensure compliance to agreed upon processes and procedures.

Requirement/Must Have:

• 1+ years of experience in a related field.
