Experteer Overview As UAS Technology Demonstrator Manager you lead end-to-end development of unmanned aerial system demonstrators, from concept to flight validation.You collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to mature technologies and integrate sensors and comms for flight-ready products.You drive test campaigns, regulatory alignment, and risk-managed demonstrations, shaping Airbus Helicopters’ autonomous flight roadmap.This role combines hands-on prototyping with strategic program leadership to deliver impactful UAS innovations.Compensaciones / Beneficios* Lead demonstrator lifecycle from concept to flight validation and data analysis* Oversee mechanical/electrical integration of sensors and links with Design Offices* Plan and execute comprehensive test campaigns including ALE, swarming, and MUM-T* Define tech maturation plans from TRL 4 to TRL 7 and feed PoCs into the roadmap* Serve as the strategic interface between project team and AH functions (Flight Test Eng, Airworthiness, Programs, Industrial)* Maintain operational agility and manage industrial process bottlenecks for aircraft modifications* Partner with Quality and Airworthiness to define regulatory pathways for safe uncrewed testsResponsabilidades* 5+ years aerospace experience* 3+ years in UAS/Drone or autonomous systems startup* Hands-on experience with physical prototypes and rapid prototyping* Experience with ALE, multi-UAV swarming, or MUM-T a plus* Deep familiarity with UAS architectures, ground control stations, and uncrewed flight operations* Knowledge of BVLOS and autonomous mission planning* Good knowledge of EASA UAS framework and SORA/SAIL methodologies* Strong strategic communication and ability to translate tech status for management* Native or fluent Spanish; fluent English* Willingness to travel sporadically (national/European)Requisitos principales* flexible working arrangements

• 5+ years aerospace experience
