Experteer Overview In this role you will lead secure infrastructure for a portable C2 system within the Battle Management unit, shaping identity-access management, zero-trust security, and data protection for classified environments. You will collaborate with the Networking Architect to embed protections and support rapid software integration, while promoting continuous cyber-hygiene. This on-site, security-focused position offers meaningful impact on DoD-grade systems and a chance to drive security culture. Compensation / Benefits * Design IAM, RBAC and zero-trust security architecture for a portable C2 system * Deploy logging, log aggregation and monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Syslog) * Manage mobile-device management, licensing tracking and dashboards across devices * Coordinate with Networking Architect to embed encryption, anti-tamper and security controls * Support rapid software integration while safeguarding classified data * Establish identity-access-management framework and continuous monitoring Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years (or Master’s with 3+ years; or PhD with 1+ year) for Principal Electronics Engineer * Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years (or Master’s with 6+ years; or PhD with 4+ years) for Sr. Principal Electronics Engineer * Cybersecurity and infrastructure operations for DoD or classified environments * Hands-on experience with MFA, IAM platforms (Azure AD, Okta), MDM (Intune, MobiControl), and logging/monitoring suites * Ability to implement secure, scalable infrastructures supporting rapid software integration and continuous deployment * Knowledge of BLOS communications security, TACLANE, and anti-tamper requirements * Active US Government Secret Clearance (or eligibility) and ability to obtain SAP clearance Key requirements * Relocation assistance * health insurance * life and disability insurance * savings plan * Company paid holidays * paid time off (PTO)
