Job description
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solutions Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in AEM along with leadership capabilities to guide development teams, ensure system performance, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations
- Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance across environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dispatcher configuration, caching, and performance
- Support CI/CD pipelines, including Cloud Manager operations, automated builds, deployments, and testing
- Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices
- Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics platforms, and custom APIs
- Monitor application health and implement observability and diagnostics
- Stay updated with AEM features, cloud services, and Adobe Experience Cloud advancements
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AEM development
- Strong expertise with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs, and workflows
- Relevant AEM certifications (e.g., AEM Sites Architect, AEM Sites Lead, AEM DevOps, AEM Sites Developer)
- Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and conducting code reviews
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Strong experience in developing AEM components, integrations, and web applications
- Expertise in:
- Java
- Sling
- OSGi
- HTL (Sightly)
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and performance tuning
- Experience with AEM Cloud Service and on-premise deployments
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar
- Strong troubleshooting and production support experience in AEM environments
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools, * Experience with Adobe Target
- Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM
- Experience with Akamai CDN
- Experience with translation tools such as Smartling or TransPerfect
- Experience with search platforms such as Coveo or Solr, * AEM Development & Architecture
