Job description

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Solutions Lead to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade digital solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise in AEM along with leadership capabilities to guide development teams, ensure system performance, and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions., * Design, develop, and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations

  • Ensure system stability, scalability, and performance across environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dispatcher configuration, caching, and performance
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, including Cloud Manager operations, automated builds, deployments, and testing
  • Collaborate with architects and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems such as CRM, DAM, analytics platforms, and custom APIs
  • Monitor application health and implement observability and diagnostics
  • Stay updated with AEM features, cloud services, and Adobe Experience Cloud advancements

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in AEM development
  • Strong expertise with AEM Sites, Assets, Sling Jobs, and workflows
  • Relevant AEM certifications (e.g., AEM Sites Architect, AEM Sites Lead, AEM DevOps, AEM Sites Developer)
  • Proven experience providing technical leadership, mentoring teams, and conducting code reviews
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions
  • Strong experience in developing AEM components, integrations, and web applications
  • Expertise in:
  • Java
  • Sling
  • OSGi
  • HTL (Sightly)
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of Dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and performance tuning
  • Experience with AEM Cloud Service and on-premise deployments
  • Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Maven, Jenkins, or similar
  • Strong troubleshooting and production support experience in AEM environments
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools, * Experience with Adobe Target
  • Experience integrating Adobe Analytics with AEM
  • Experience with Akamai CDN
  • Experience with translation tools such as Smartling or TransPerfect
  • Experience with search platforms such as Coveo or Solr, * AEM Development & Architecture
