• 10-15 years of IT industry experience.
• Minimum 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 consulting experience.
• Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Commerce implementations.
• Strong functional consulting experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience working with Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating Shopify with Dynamics 365 platforms.
• Experience in omnichannel retail and eCommerce implementations.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management experience., * Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with Retail and Consumer Goods industries.
• Experience working in global implementations across multiple geographies.
• Experience in Microsoft FastTrack and large transformation programs.
