Experteer Overview In this role you lead the mechanical discipline within a London-based building services practice, guiding project delivery and strategy. You shape technical output while owning portfolio quality and growth, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee HVAC design, plant strategy, and compliance with Part L and Part F, influencing how the practice scales. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends technical authority with commercial responsibility to drive sustained impact.
