Job description

Experteer Overview In this role, you will architect and deliver large-scale Manhattan WMS and MAWM solutions for clients, guiding end-to-end design, integration, and deployment. You will work closely with senior stakeholders to transform supply chains, leverage Accenture assets, and accelerate Manhattan deployments. You will lead workshops, define data mappings, and drive risk-aware implementation across ERP, OMS, and TMS ecosystems. This is a hands-on, client-facing opportunity to shape scalable warehouse solutions at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead functional and technical design workshops for Manhattan MAWM * Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across multiple tech stacks * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM and data mapping specifications * Define data mapping needs and integration strategies with ERP/OMS/TMS * Develop custom design specifications and testing strategy * Quality check design, implementation, and test results * Mitigate project execution risks and advise on process optimization and automation * Collaborate with technology providers and cross-functional teams to enable seamless execution Tasks * Minimum of 5 years in architecting or technical delivery of complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, SCM Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience) or associate’s with 6 years of equivalent experience * Ability to lead architecture and integration efforts in a client-facing environment Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays and paid time off
