Manhattan WMS Application Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end design and deployment of Manhattan MAWM-based warehouse management solutions. You will partner with senior stakeholders to shape transformation across supply chains, balancing architecture, integration, and operational excellence. You’ll lead workshops, define data mappings, and steer cross-functional teams to deliver scalable WMS programs. This is a high-impact, cross-domain role that combines deep WMS expertise with strategic delivery to accelerate customer outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead functional and technical design workshops for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM) * Coordinate end-to-end discussions on supply chain transformation across functions and tech stacks * Develop point-of-view on solution options to drive design decisions * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM and data mapping * Define data mapping needs for MAWM and integrate across WMS, ERP, Order Management, and TMS * Develop custom design specs and solutions for gaps in product configurations * Design testing strategy and scenarios; oversee quality of solutions and test results * Identify and mitigate technology risks; ensure smooth implementation * Advise on process optimization and automation to improve supply chain efficiency * Collaborate with technology providers and cross-functional teams to deliver transformation initiatives * Travel up to 100% may be required Tasks * Minimum 5 years of experience in architecting or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum 3 years of technology experience in Supply Chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years’ work experience) * Experience leading architecture, design, configuration, testing, and deployment of WMS solutions Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
