Manhattan WMS Application Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manhattan WMS Application Manager, you will design, architect, and deliver large-scale Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Execution solutions. You will lead end-to-end MAWM deployments, aligning with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to accelerate customer transformation. You’ll shape technical designs, data mapping, and integration strategies to modernize warehouse operations. This role offers impact at scale, across industries, with a focus on solving complex supply chain challenges and driving operational excellence. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design workshops for Manhattan MAWM leveraging deep technical and functional expertise * Drive end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across multiple functions * Develop point-of-view on solution options to support key design decisions * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM * Define MAWM data mapping needs * Drive technology integration strategies across WMS, ERP, Order Management, and Transportation Management * Develop custom design specifications and gap solutions in product configurations * Develop testing strategy and test scenarios; quality-check results * Identify and mitigate project execution risks from a technology perspective * Advise on process optimization and automation to improve supply chain efficiency * Collaborate with technology providers and cross-functional teams to execute transformation initiatives Tasks * Minimum of 5 years in architecting or technical delivery of complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum of 3 years of technology experience in supply chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, SCM Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years’ work experience); an associate’s degree with 6 years’ experience also considered Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
