Experteer Overview As a Manhattan WMS Application Manager at Accenture, you lead the design, architecture and deployment of large-scale Manhattan WMS/MAWM solutions for clients. You partner with senior stakeholders to shape supply chain transformations and integration strategies across ERP, WMS, and TMS ecosystems. You’ll drive end-to-end architecture, design workshops, testing, and risk mitigation to deliver tangible value. This role combines deep technical depth with cross-functional leadership, offering impact at scale in a global, innovative environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead functional and technical design sessions for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) leveraging domain expertise * Steer end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across multiple functions and tech stacks * Create and refine functional and technical designs for MAWM * Define data mapping needs for MAWM and drive integration strategies across WMS, ERP, Order Management and TMS * Develop custom design specifications and gap solutions within product configurations * Develop testing strategy and test scenarios; validate solution quality * Identify, assess and mitigate tech-related project risks to ensure smooth deployment * Advise on process optimization and automation to boost supply chain efficiency * Collaborate with technology providers and cross-functional teams to stay ahead of industry trends * Provide guidance to project teams through architecture, design, configuration, testing and deployment Tasks * Minimum 5 years in architecting or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum 3 years in supply chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (or associate’s with 6+ years) Key requirements * medical and dental coverage * vision coverage * life and long-term disability insurance * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays and paid time off
