Experteer Overview In this role you drive and architect large-scale Manhattan WMS/MAWM deployments, shaping end-to-end supply chain solutions. You partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to design, integrate, and implement WMS across ERP and TMS ecosystems. You will lead workshops, define data mappings, and create actionable designs to accelerate deployment. This is an opportunity to influence transformation across multiple functions and technologies in a global consulting environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead functional and technical design workshops for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management System (MAWM) * Steer end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across functions and tech stacks * Develop point-of-view on solution options to guide key design decisions * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM and data mapping needs * Define integration strategies across WMS, ERP, Order Management and Transportation Management systems * Develop custom design specifications and gaps solutions in product configurations * Design testing strategies and scenarios; quality-check solution and test results * Anticipate and mitigate project execution risks from technology perspective * Advise on process optimization and automation to boost supply chain efficiency * Collaborate with technology providers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution Tasks * Minimum of 5 years in architecting or delivering complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum of 3 years of technology experience in supply chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, SCM Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience) * Willingness to travel 0-100% depending on client need Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays and time off
