Experteer Overview In this role you drive the AI strategy for Accenture’s mid-market SAP practice, shaping core AI offerings and delivery models. You will translate global AI assets into right-sized solutions for mid-market clients, and lead the messaging, GTM, and external representation of the practice. You’ll build reusable assets, mentor practitioners, and collaborate with Accenture’s broader capabilities to stay current and competitive. This is a chance to lead at the intersection of enterprise tech, strategy, and client impact, shaping AI in a rapidly evolving SAP landscape. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale and maturity * Establish and refine the delivery model, including talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets like solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiated AI positioning for mid-market SAP, articulating business value * Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes in client conversations and proposals * Produce thought leadership content (POVs, case studies, presentations) to establish credibility as an AI partner * Represent the practice at client briefings, events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Serve as the liaison between the mid-market group and broader AI/data/tech practices * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams (SAP BTP, AI integrations), and technology partners * Advocate for mid-market investments, tooling adaptations, and resource commitments within Accenture * Build and mentor a growing AI practitioner community within the business group * Define capability development pathways and work with talent leaders to recruit and upskill AI talent * Track emerging AI technologies and SAP roadmap developments to stay current Tasks * 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology consulting with a meaningful AI/data/analytics focus * 4+ years developing or scaling a consulting practice or offering (SI or professional services) * 3+ years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and AI across ERP processes * 2+ years in a large, matrixed organization with shared services, CoEs, and alliances * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years) * Proven ability to translate AI capabilities into client-ready narratives and business value * Strong executive presence and communication skills for C-suite audiences Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
