Experteer Overview In this role you will define and lead Accenture Technology’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment. You will build a differentiated AI practice, shaping offerings, and translating enterprise AI capabilities into right-sized solutions for mid-market clients. You’ll collaborate across Accenture capabilities to tailor tools and frameworks, acting as both builder and thought leader. You’ll engage with clients and industry events to advance our AI vision and accelerate value delivery. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including use-case accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture’s AI assets into offerings suited for mid-market scale, budget, and maturity * Refine the delivery model, talent requirements, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiated AI positioning for mid-market SAP, articulating business value * Collaborate with sales, marketing and account teams to embed AI themes into client conversations and proposals * Create thought leadership content ( POVs, case studies, presentations ) for credibility as an AI partner * Represent the practice in client briefings, industry events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Serve as liaison between mid-market and broader AI/data/technology practices * Leverage Centers of Excellence, alliance teams (SAP BTP, AI integrations) and partners for capabilities * Advocate for mid-market investments in tooling and resources within the Accenture ecosystem * Build and mentor AI practitioners, define capability development pathways, recruit and upskill AI talent * Track emerging AI technologies, SAP AI roadmap developments, and competitor positioning * Travel may be required (0-100% depending on business need) Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with AI, data, or advanced analytics focus * 4+ years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering * 3+ years SAP ecosystem experience (S/4HANA, BTP) and AI intersection with ERP processes * 2+ years navigating matrixed, large-enterprise structures with CoEs and alliances * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays and paid time off
