Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive our AI agenda for the mid-market SAP segment, shaping a practical, scalable AI practice. You work closely with cross-functional teams to translate assets into market-ready offerings and coherent messaging. You’ll lead the development of repeatable delivery models, playbooks, and ROI frameworks that enable rapid value realization for clients. This is a chance to influence both strategy and execution while growing a thriving AI community within Accenture’s SAP-focused line of business. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients with accelerators and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture’s AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale and maturity * Establish and refine the practice’s delivery model, including talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as solution blueprints, ROI models, and implementation playbooks for the broader team * Craft differentiated positioning and messaging for AI capabilities in the mid-market SAP space * Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes into client conversations and proposals * Develop thought leadership content ( POVs, case studies, client presentations ) to establish credibility as an AI partner for mid-market enterprises * Represent the practice externally at client briefings, events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Serve as liaison between the mid-market group and broader AI, data, and technology practices * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams (SAP BTP and AI integrations), and partners to leverage relevant capabilities * Mentor AI practitioners, define capability development pathways, and recruit upskill AI talent * Track emerging AI technologies and SAP roadmap developments to stay current * Travel as needed (0-100%) for business requirements Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with substantial AI, data, or advanced analytics experience * 4+ years scaling a consulting practice or service line * 3+ years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and understanding of AI in ERP processes * 2+ years experience in a large matrixed enterprise with shared services and CoEs * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life insurance * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities
