Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you will troubleshoot complex building and control-system issues for Schneider Electric field engineers and partners, using Schneider equipment to simulate customer environments. You will configure Windows servers/workstations, build and integrate BMS components, and analyze logs with debugging tools to identify root causes. You’ll collaborate with Engineering and QA to drive resolution and maintain thorough documentation of cases. The position offers hands-on work with automation, security, and HVAC domain technologies in a customer-facing capacity, contributing to reliable, scalable building management solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Set up and configure Windows workstations/servers * Install and restore Building Management Systems * Work with debugging software and analyze logs * Decipher error logs to determine root cause (e.g., Wireshark) * Interface with Engineering and Quality Assurance departments * Liaise between Engineering and QA for resolution * Troubleshoot and resolve complex system problems * Understand control logic (DI, DO, AI, AO, Relays, NO, NC, Grnd, TX, RX) * Learn new products quickly * Document support case information and resolutions * Interact effectively with customers of varying knowledge levels Tasks * 10+ years of field experience * Tridium/Niagara Field Experience * Niagara N4/AX Certification * HVAC/BMS control background * TAC IA - LON / BacNet * TAC Vista - LON * EcoStruxure Building Operation * IT knowledge: TCP/IP networks, servers, domains, firewalls, routing, Windows * Electrical - Low voltage Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * basic life insurance * flexible work arrangements * paid family leaves * 12 holidays per year * 15 days of paid time off per year
