Network Security Technology Director

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Workforce Access Security product area, driving strategy, engineering, and operations for secure, scalable enterprise access platforms. You oversee global teams to modernize connectivity from legacy VPNs toward Zero Trust architectures, leveraging top security technologies. You partner across Cybersecurity, Risk, and Enterprise Architecture to implement risk-aware, compliant access solutions. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and steer large-scale security transformations with measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Define and execute the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise workforce access security services * Lead migration from legacy VPN to Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) across global platforms * Oversee design, delivery, and operations of secure web proxy, internet access security, and remote access platforms * Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Risk, and Enterprise Architecture to implement Zero Trust * Develop roadmaps aligned to security objectives and enterprise priorities * Drive network segmentation initiatives to strengthen security posture * Promote cloud-delivered security services and modern security architectures * Ensure platform availability, resiliency, scalability, and operational excellence * Establish risk management practices and support compliance initiatives * Manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and strategic resources * Lead large-scale transformation programs and foster innovation across teams * Engage with senior technology and business leaders and external regulators as needed * Allocate people and financial resources for Workforce Access Security * Cultivate accountability, talent development, and continuous improvement Tasks * 10+ years of senior technology leadership experience * 4+ years of management or leadership experience * 4+ years leading technology engineering, infrastructure, or cybersecurity teams * 5+ years’ experience in large-scale enterprise networking, network security, or workforce access programs * 5+ years’ experience with secure web proxy, remote access, VPN, Zero Trust, and network security technologies Key requirements *
