Network Security Technology Director

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Workforce Access Security program to modernize secure connectivity for employees, contractors, and partners. You will guide strategy, engineering, operations, and compliance for enterprise workforce access platforms, driving from traditional VPNs to a Zero Trust architecture. You will manage global engineering teams and partner with Cybersecurity, Risk, and Enterprise Architecture to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant access services. This position offers scope to shape risk-managed, cloud-delivered security solutions at scale and influence senior leaders across the organization. Compensation / Benefits * Define and drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for enterprise workforce access security services * Oversee design, delivery, and operations of global secure web proxy, internet access security, and remote access platforms * Lead modernization from VPN to Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solutions * Partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Risk, and Enterprise Architecture to implement Zero Trust strategies * Establish roadmaps aligned to security objectives and business priorities * Lead network segmentation initiatives and drive security posture improvements * Promote cloud-delivered security services and modern security architectures * Ensure platform availability, resiliency, security, and operational excellence * Manage technology investments, vendor relationships, and strategic resourcing * Lead large-scale transformation programs and foster engineering innovation * Collaborate with senior technology and business leaders and interface with regulators and auditors * Allocate people and financial resources for Workforce Access Security * Cultivate accountability, talent development, operational excellence, and continuous improvement Tasks * 10+ years of senior technology leadership experience * 4+ years of management or leadership experience * 4+ years leading technology engineering, infrastructure, or cybersecurity organizations * 5+ years leading large-scale enterprise networking, network security, or workforce access programs * 5+ years with secure web proxy, remote access, VPN, Zero Trust, and network security technologies Key requirements *
