Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive the AI strategy for Accenture’s mid-market SAP portfolio, shaping a differentiated set of offerings and delivery models. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to translate AI assets into practical, scalable solutions for mid-sized SAP clients. You will lead and mentor a growing AI practice, building assets, and guiding client-facing engagements to deliver tangible business value. This is a chance to influence how mid-market enterprises adopt AI within SAP ecosystems and collaborate across Accenture’s broader capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Define a portfolio of AI offerings tailored to mid-market SAP clients, with use-case accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate Accenture’s AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale and budget * Establish and refine the delivery model, including talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets (blueprints, ROI models, demos, playbooks) to enable scalable selling and delivery * Craft differentiated AI messaging for mid-market SAP, embedding AI themes in client conversations and proposals * Develop thought leadership content ( POVs, case studies, client presentations) to position the group as a credible AI partner * Serve as primary liaison with broader AI, data, and technology practices and leverage centers of excellence and alliance teams * Lead and mentor AI practitioners, define capability development paths, and recruit/upskill relevant talent * Track emerging AI technologies and SAP roadmap developments to stay current * Represent the practice at client briefings, events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Travel as needed (0-100%) Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with AI/data/advanced analytics focus * 4+ years building or scaling a consulting practice in SI or professional services * 3+ years with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP) and understanding AI in ERP processes * 2+ years navigating matrixed, large-enterprise organizations and alliances * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years; 6 years if Associate’s degree) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision, life, and long-term disability coverage * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
