Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive Accenture’s AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment, building a differentiated AI practice. You’ll translate enterprise AI assets into right-sized offerings, shape go-to-market messaging, and lead collaboration with broader capabilities. You will mentor a growing AI practitioner community and guide delivery and architecture decisions. This is a leadership role at the intersection of technology, strategy, and client-facing consulting, with impact on client value and practice growth. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate broader AI assets into offerings suitable for mid-market scale and budget * Refine the delivery model, talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as blueprints, ROI models, demo environments, and implementation playbooks * Craft differentiated AI positioning and messaging for mid-market SAP, articulating business value * Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams to embed AI themes in client conversations and proposals * Create thought leadership content and present at client briefings and industry events * Act as liaison between mid-market group and broader AI, data, and technology practices * Collaborate with Centers of Excellence, alliance teams, and technology partners to leverage capabilities * Mentor AI practitioners, define capability development pathways, and recruit/upsell talent * Track AI technologies, SAP AI roadmap, and competitor positioning to stay current * Travel as required (0-100%) Tasks * Minimum of 10 years in enterprise technology consulting with AI/data/advanced analytics focus * At least 4 years building or scaling a consulting practice or offering * Minimum 3 years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) * Understanding of AI in core ERP processes (finance, supply chain, HR, procurement, etc.) * Minimum 2 years experience in a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with CoEs and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
