Edge - Practice Lead, Artificial Intelligence

Experteer Overview In this role you will define and drive our AI strategy for the mid-market SAP segment, shaping portfolio, messaging, and delivery. You will collaborate with Accenture capabilities to tailor enterprise-grade AI for mid-market clients and build reusable assets that enable teams to win and deliver. You’ll lead the development of offerings, thought leadership, and external representation to position Accenture as a credible AI partner for mid-market SAP. This is a builder and thought-leader role at the intersection of technology, GTM, and client-facing consulting. You’ll work across the organization to balance speed, value, and scale in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients * Translate Accenture AI assets into right-sized offerings for mid-market scale * Refine the practice delivery model including talent, tooling, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as solution blueprints and ROI models * Craft differentiated AI positioning for the mid-market SAP space * Partner with sales, marketing, and account teams on client conversations and proposals * Develop thought leadership content and client-facing materials * Represent the practice at client briefings, events, and SAP ecosystem forums * Liaise with Accenture AI, data, and technology practices to leverage enterprise capabilities * Mentor and grow a community of AI practitioners within the group * Define capability development pathways and collaborate with talent leaders to recruit and upskill * Track emerging AI technologies and SAP roadmap developments Tasks * 10+ years of enterprise technology consulting experience with a meaningful focus on AI, data, or advanced analytics * 4+ years of experience developing or scaling a consulting practice or offering * 3+ years of experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) and understanding of AI in ERP processes * 2+ years experience navigating a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with CoEs and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
