Experteer Overview In this role you’ll join an agile team of software and QA engineers to deliver cutting-edge insurance technology. You’ll coach and align cross-functional groups, promote Agile practices, and help ensure high-quality software delivery. You’ll engage with senior leaders to navigate risks and keep roadmap priorities transparent. The position sits in a fast-paced, collaborative culture that values mentorship and continuous improvement, with opportunities to shape how the industry leverages AI and data-driven platforms. Compensation / Benefits * Lead by example and influence across teams to achieve goals * Learn quickly and be coachable in a lean-agile environment * Collaborate closely with peers to solve problems and deliver * Serve as a servant leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills * Promote Agile best practices and engage Agile Coaches when needed * Identify risks and communicate them to relevant stakeholders * Ensure teams have information to deliver on high-priority roadmap items * Foster a culture of quality across the organization * Align different groups toward common goals * Other duties as assigned Tasks * 2-4 years of experience in an Agile environment (SAFe, Scrum, XP, Kanban, or similar) * Degree in Computer Science/Business or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to 10% and work from an office location * Strong problem-solving abilities and self-motivation * Mentorship and ability to inspire peers Key requirements * quarterly monetary bonus plan * annual bonus (VIP) * incentive plans * commission plans for sales roles * drug-free workplace * pre-employment screenings
