Experteer Overview As Practice Leader for AI in the mid-market SAP group, you define and drive our AI strategy and offerings. You translate enterprise AI assets into right-sized solutions that fit mid-market budgets and maturity, while shaping messaging and go-to-market approaches. You lead the development of reusable assets, delivery models, and partner enablement, acting as a bridge between AI capabilities and client value. You will build a high-performing AI community and stay ahead of SAP and AI ecosystem developments. This is a chance to shape AI at scale within a global, innovation-led environment. Compensation / Benefits * Define and build a portfolio of AI offerings for mid-market SAP clients, including accelerators, delivery frameworks, and packaged solutions * Translate broad AI assets into mid-market-ready offerings aligned with scale, budget, and maturity * Establish and refine the practice delivery model, talent needs, tooling standards, and quality benchmarks * Develop reusable assets such as blueprints, ROI models, and playbooks to enable selling and delivery * Craft differentiated AI positioning for the mid-market SAP space and embed AI themes into client conversations * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and account teams; develop thought leadership and client materials * Represent the practice in client briefings, industry forums, and SAP ecosystem events * Serve as liaison between the mid-market group and broader Accenture AI/data/tech practices; leverage enterprise investments appropriately * Lead and mentor AI practitioners; define capability development paths and recruit/upskill talent * Track emerging AI technologies and SAP roadmap developments to stay current Tasks * 10+ years in enterprise technology consulting with a meaningful focus on AI, data, or advanced analytics * 4+ years building or scaling a consulting practice, service line, or solution offering * 3+ years experience with SAP ecosystems (S/4HANA, BTP, or equivalent) and understanding of AI in ERP processes * 2+ years experience in a matrixed, large-enterprise organization with CoEs and alliance relationships * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; (Associate’s Degree with 6+ years also acceptable) Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life and long-term disability * 401(k) plan * bonus opportunities * paid holidays * paid time off
