Job description
- Responding to water, mold, fire, and storm damage emergencies
- Driving company vehicles to customer job sites
- Assessing property damage and assisting with mitigation plans
- Setting up and monitoring drying equipment and other restoration tools
- Performing demolition and removal of damaged materials
- Packing, inventorying, and storing customer belongings when necessary
- Documenting job progress using mobile technology and software
- Communicating professionally with customers and teammates
- Working safely while maintaining a high standard of quality
Requirements
You don’t need restoration experience to apply. We can teach the technical skills. We’re looking for people with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in physically active environments, including standing, bending, and moving equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and software applications
- Reliable, dependable, and eager to learn Experience in construction, maintenance, restoration, moving, landscaping, military service, warehouse operations, or other hands-on trades is a plus but not required.
