Manhattan WMS Application Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, development and deployment of Manhattan MAWM-based warehouse and supply chain solutions for clients. You will partner with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape end-to-end architectures, integration strategies, and transformation programs. You will drive workshops, define data mappings, testing strategies, and risk mitigation to deliver scalable WMS implementations that unlock value. This is a hands-on leadership role at scale, focused on modernizing warehouses and logistics ecosystems with Accenture’s assets and partnerships. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate functional and technical design workshops for MAWM * Lead end-to-end supply chain transformation discussions across functions and tech stacks * Develop point-of-view on solution options to drive design decisions * Create functional and technical designs for MAWM * Define MAWM data mapping needs * Drive integration strategies across WMS, ERP, OMS and TMS * Develop custom design specifications and configurations for gaps * Develop testing strategy and test scenarios * Quality-check solutions and test results * Anticipate and mitigate technology risks for smooth deployment * Advise on process optimization and automation to boost efficiency * Collaborate with technology providers and industry experts * Partner with IT and Operations to execute transformation initiatives * Travel may be required (0-100%) Tasks * Minimum of 5 years of experience in architecting or technical delivery of complex Manhattan WMS projects * Minimum of 3 years of technology experience in Supply Chain domains (WMS, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Logistics) * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience); an associate’s degree with 6 years’ experience considered Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * life * long-term disability * 401(k) plan
