Senior Applications Engineer - Emulation

Experteer Overview In this role you will deploy and optimize emulation solutions at customer sites to accelerate chip and system bring-up. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine prototyping methodologies and ensure customers derive maximum value. You will support pre-sales, deliver live demos, and feed product improvements back to R&D. The position combines hands-on technical execution with customer enablement in a global, hybrid environment. Compensation / Benefits * Deploy emulation software/hardware at customer sites and guide design bring-up * Develop and refine prototyping methodologies to maximize value * Support pre-sales engagements with technical teams and educate on tool requirements * Collaborate with R&D to implement tool improvements and address product specs * Train AEs and customers; evolve methodologies to maximize solution value * Communicate enhancements to customers and relay requirements to R&D/marketing Tasks * 4+ years in design, verification, simulation, emulation, and prototyping of electronics chips/systems * BS or MS in EE, CE, CS or related fields * Experience with an Emulation platform (preferred: Veloce, Palladium, Zebu) * RTL design with SystemVerilog/Verilog/VHDL; verification with SystemVerilog/SystemC/C++ * ASIC/FPGA implementation experience a plus; RTL debugging * Proficient in scripting (Perl, Python, shell, XML, JSON) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deliver live/product demos and presentations * Ability to travel domestically and internationally Key requirements * hybrid work model * health and wellness benefits * competitive pay range * global career opportunities * industry leadership * equitable workplace
