Transition Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the transition portion of outsourcing engagements to safeguard profitability and client satisfaction. You will work within a delivery-focused, cross-functional environment to plan, allocate resources, track progress, and continuously improve transition programs. You will craft transition solutions and present them to clients across each phase of the sales cycle, aligning with the company’s outsourcing capabilities and client goals. This role offers the chance to shape large-scale delivery programs in partnership with senior stakeholders and global delivery teams. Compensation / Benefits * Plan and manage transition programs for outsourcing engagements * Lead transition activities to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and efficient staff utilization * Develop transition plans, resource allocation, and improvement tracking * Create transition solutions and present them to clients through all sales cycle phases Tasks * 10-15 years of sales, solution development and delivery experience with a large Systems Integrator/Big 3 consulting firm * experience using a global delivery model for application development, maintenance, and infrastructure services * experience pursuing and managing third-party adviser-led engagements (ISG, KPMG, Alsbridge) * ability to develop/maintain positive client relationships and monitor client satisfaction * demonstrated success in a matrix management environment * Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent Key requirements *
