Cisco Network Security Engineer/ Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s Cyber team, you design, implement, and optimize Cisco security solutions to help clients securely transform their digital landscapes. You will work across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments, delivering architecture, integration, and deployment guidance aligned with business goals. You will lead projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and convert technical findings into executive-ready recommendations. This role offers the opportunity to impact client security postures at scale while advancing Deloitte’s cybersecurity transformation offerings. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage Cisco FTD/FMC across enterprise environments (physical, virtual, cloud) * Implement and support Cisco ISE including 802.1X, profiling, guest lifecycle, and TrustSec * Configure advanced Cisco security features: IPS, malware protection, URL filtering, DNS security, SSL/TLS decryption policies * Deploy and integrate Cisco Secure Firewall in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with centralized policy management * Develop client-facing security architectures and align Cisco platforms with SIEM, automation, and compliance needs * Lead projects or workstreams and provide clear guidance to teammates * Produce executive-ready assessments, target-state architectures, and implementation roadmaps Tasks * BA/BS in a technical field * CCNP Security or CCIE Security * 5+ years in network security engineering with Cisco technologies * 5+ years designing/deploying/ managing Cisco FTD and FMC in enterprise environments * 5+ years ISE design and implementation (including high availability, patch management, upgrades) * 3+ years ISE 802.1X NAC, guest lifecycle management, profiling, TrustSec, and Cisco firewall deployments in AWS/Azure/GCP * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
