Cisco Network Security Engineer/ Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you design, deploy, and manage Cisco security platforms to secure enterprise environments. You will work within Deloitte Cyber to deliver secure, scalable solutions across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will translate technical findings into clear, executive-ready guidance and roadmaps. This position offers impact through shaping security architectures that enable transformation and resilience for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) and Firepower Management Center (FMC) across enterprise environments (physical, virtual, cloud) * Implement and support Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) including 802.1X NAC, device profiling, guest lifecycle, TrustSec segmentation, and integration with identity stores * Configure and tune security features such as IPS, malware protection, URL filtering, DNS-based security, Security Intelligence, and SSL/TLS decryption policies * Deploy and integrate Cisco Secure Firewall in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with centralized policy management and hybrid connectivity * Develop client-facing security architectures, integrate Cisco platforms with SIEM and automation tools, and deliver aligned recommendations for requirements and business objectives Tasks * BA/BS degree in a technical field or equivalent experience * CCNP Security or CCIE Security certification * 5+ years of experience in network security engineering with Cisco technologies * 5+ years designing, deploying, and managing FTD and FMC in enterprise environments (physical, virtual, cloud) * 5+ years designing and implementing Cisco ISE (distributed nodes, HA, patch management, upgrades) * 3+ years with ISE 802.1X NAC, guest lifecycle, profiling, TrustSec, and Cisco security features (IPS, malware, URL filtering, DNS security, SSL/TLS decryption) in AWS/Azure/GCP * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
