Experteer Overview As a Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that streamline business processes and elevate user experience. You will lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary project, shaping architecture, development, and delivery while aligning with client goals. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into solid technical designs and contribute to solution documentation. This role offers opportunities to mentor junior teammates and coordinate cross-workstream delivery in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, technology, and innovation to g Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream within a larger project to drive design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions * Support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, data migrations, and deployments with security and maintainability in mind * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Create and present design choices, trade-offs, and process documentation using Visio and PowerPoint * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards Tasks * 6+ years of consulting or industry experience, with 4+ years in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions (Dataverse security model implementation) * Multiple data migrations and integrations across at least 3 projects using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services * 2+ years of modern DevOps experience (Git, CI/CD pipelines) * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform including CoE toolkit deployment in production * Proficiency in C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, and PowerShell * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits offered * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * commitment to accommodations
