Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview As a Dynamics CRM Senior Consultant, you will design, build, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that streamline business processes and improve user experiences. You’ll lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary team, shaping architecture, development, and delivery to meet client goals. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and offshore/onshore teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs and documentation. This role offers hands-on impact on complex transformations within a global Sales & Service practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream within a multidisciplinary project * Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions * Support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migrations * Oversee deployments and ensure security, maintainability, and alignment with client goals * Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Prepare solution documentation, process flows, and presentation materials * Mentor junior team members and help coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards Tasks * 6+ years in consulting or industry roles with 4+ years focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions (Dataverse security model implementation) * Experience with data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services (3+ projects) * 2+ years with modern DevOps practices: version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, including CoE toolkit deployment * Proficiency in C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, and PowerShell * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; willingness to travel up to 50%; immigration sponsorship may be limited Key requirements *
