Experteer Overview As a Dynamics CRM Technical Senior Consultant, you design, build, and deliver scalable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that streamline business processes and elevate user experiences. You lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary team, shaping architecture, development, and delivery while ensuring security and maintainability. You collaborate across stakeholders and delivery teams to translate requirements into practical solutions and contribute to documentation and presentations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream within a larger project team * Design, develop, and deliver Enterprise solutions on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * Support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, and data migrations * Oversee deployment activities ensuring security, maintainability, and alignment with client goals * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet quality and timelines * Produce solution documentation, process flows, and presentation materials * Communicate design choices clearly to technical and non-technical audiences Tasks * 6+ years in consulting or industry roles with 4+ years on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions (Dataverse security model) * Experience with data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services (3+ projects) * 2+ years of modern DevOps practices, including Git and CI/CD pipelines * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, including CoE toolkit deployment in production * Advanced technical proficiency in C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, and PowerShell * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders Key requirements *
