Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you design, build, and deliver scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that improve business processes and user experience. You lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary project, guiding design, development, and delivery while ensuring secure and maintainable solutions aligned to client goals. You collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams, contribute to solution documentation, and mentor junior members. This position offers impact through transforming customer experiences and enabling enterprise-wide digital capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Design, build, and deliver enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. * Lead a defined technical workstream and drive solution design, development, and delivery. * Support solution architecture, configuration, custom development, integrations, data migrations, and deployments. * Ensure security, maintainability, and alignment with client goals. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. * Communicate design choices to technical and non-technical audiences and contribute to documentation and presentations. * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to meet timelines and quality standards. Tasks * 6+ years in consulting or industry roles with 4+ years focused on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. * 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions, including Dataverse security model. * Experience with data migrations and integrations using Power Automate, Dataflows, Data Gateways, Custom Connectors, and Azure integration services (3+ projects). * 2+ years of modern DevOps practices, including Git and CI/CD pipelines. * Administration of Dynamics CRM and Power Platform, with CoE toolkit deployment in production. * Proficiency in C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, and PowerShell. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Willingness to travel up to 50%.
