Microsoft Dynamics Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you design, build, and deliver enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that improve business processes and user experience. You lead a technical workstream within a multidisciplinary team, shaping architecture, development, and delivery. You coordinate with stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure solutions. You also mentor juniors and contribute to solution docs and presentation materials. This role offers hands-on impact across transformation initiatives within Deloitte’s Sales & Service practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead a defined technical workstream within a multidisciplinary project team * Design, configure, and develop enterprise Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions * Support solution architecture, integrations, data migrations, and deployment activities * Ensure security, maintainability, and alignment with client goals * Collaborate with business stakeholders, leads, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into technical solutions * Prepare documentation, process flows, and presentations using Visio and PowerPoint * Mentor junior team members and coordinate delivery across workstreams to maintain timelines and quality * Demonstrate clear communication to technical and non-technical audiences * Participate in CoE activities and contribute to production deployment * Utilize DevOps practices to manage repositories and CI/CD pipelines Tasks * 6+ years of professional experience in consulting or industry roles * 4+ years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform * 3+ years designing conceptual architectures for enterprise solutions, including Dataverse security * Multiple data migrations and integrations across at least 3 projects * 2+ years of modern DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD pipelines * Experience administering Dynamics CRM and Power Platform with CoE toolkit production deployment * Proficiency in C#, Dataverse Web API, Plugin development, JavaScript, Power FX, and PowerShell * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience * Willingness to travel up to 50% * Ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences Key requirements *
