Experteer Overview In this role you will help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges through AI-driven engineering. You will lead hands-on delivery, shape technical solutions, and build reusable accelerators to drive high-quality outcomes. The position combines client engagement with production-grade solution deployment in a fast-paced environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate needs into target architectures and deliver impact at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled solutions aligned to architecture and delivery objectives * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions with issue resolution * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, and effort estimation * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer Tasks * Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (e.g., IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (REST, microservices, event-driven, serverless) * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions (Python, Java, or Node.js) * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI or large language model solutions * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
