Cyber Identity - FDE Senior Consultant - Senior Engineering Management Specialist

Experteer Overview In this role you will design AI-enabled, production-grade identity, access, and data protection solutions for clients. You’ll work at the intersection of delivery and client engagement, shaping architecture, building accelerators, and leading teams to high-quality outcomes. You will demonstrate solutions, drive scoping and POCs, and mentor colleagues while advancing Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy capabilities. This position offers impact through scalable, AI-driven cyber services in a dynamic client environment. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled solution architectures aligned to target delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions, including troubleshooting * Shape technical solutions during pursuits via demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee project scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements * Develop reusable accelerators, documentation, and engineering best practices to build client and team capability Tasks * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target architectures using REST, microservices, event-driven, or serverless patterns * 3+ years delivering production-grade solutions with Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions in production * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
