Experteer Overview In this Senior Consultant role, you will help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering solutions. You’ll operate at the intersection of client engagement and hands-on delivery, architecting, building, and deploying production-grade solutions. You will lead teams, shape technical approaches, and create reusable accelerators to drive high-quality outcomes. This role offers meaningful impact by strengthening clients’ resilience in a changing threat landscape. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tangible value while advancing Deloitte’s Digital Trust & Privacy practice. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture and delivery objectives * Lead hands-on design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions and troubleshoot technical issues * Shape technical solutions during pursuits through demos, proofs of concept, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, satisfaction, and continuous improvement across engagements * Build team and client capability via reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated experience * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years translating client requirements into target-state architectures (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions using Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6 months to 1 year designing or deploying generative AI/large language model solutions * Ability to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
