Advanced Cyber Threat Response & Forensics Lead/Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and mature client Cyber Incident Response programs as part of Deloitte’s Cyber Defense and Resilience team. You will guide Readiness, Response, and Recovery efforts for cyber incidents and crises, acting as an internal integrator to advance Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings. You will shape solutions that align with industry standards and drive improvements across monitoring, detection, and response. This is a hands-on leadership role with a focus on delivering high-quality, actionable outcomes for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the full lifecycle of cyber incident response engagements, including investigations, containment, remediation, and recovery. * Review deliverables and coordinate technical sessions to ensure high-quality service; prepare incident reports and client communications. * Design and enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions aligned with ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS. * Identify opportunities for process optimization in incident monitoring, detection, and response. * Manage and mentor diverse teams (US and US-India) to ensure effective delivery. * Champion the development of Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience offerings related to Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience. * Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, delivery, and reliability of services. * Provide thought leadership and training, and contribute to security awareness initiatives. * Lead and mentor teams to ensure effective technology risk management services. Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience solutions, including incident response and cyber transformation programs. * Bachelor degree (BS/BA). * Limited visa sponsorship may be available. * Ability to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
