Experteer Overview In this role you join Deloitte’s Cyber Defense and Resilience team to lead and mature cyber incident response programs for clients. You will drive readiness, response, and recovery from cyber incidents, acting as an internal integrator to shape Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings. You will guide engagements through investigations, containment, remediation, and recovery while ensuring high-quality, clear client communications. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, mentorship of global teams, and staying aligned with industry standards. This is a impact-focused opportunity to help clients secure operations at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle of cyber incident response engagements (investigation, containment, remediation, recovery) * Prepare incident reports, technical documentation, and client communications with clarity and accuracy * Enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions based on ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS standards * Identify opportunities for process optimization in incident monitoring, detection, and response * Manage and mentor US and US-India teams to ensure high-performance delivery * Champion and develop Deloitte’s Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings * Drive continuous improvement in monitoring, delivery, and reliability of services * Provide thought leadership and training on industry best practices and evolving requirements Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience, including incident response and cyber transformation programs * BS/BA degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited visa sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
