Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead cyber incident response initiatives within Deloitte’s Cyber Defense and Resilience practice. You’ll guide Readiness, Response, and Recovery efforts for client incidents and crises, acting as an integrator to advance Deloitte’s Crisis & Incident Response offerings. You will design and deploy solutions aligned with industry standards to improve incident readiness, detection, and recovery. You’ll mentor teams across US and US-India, driving high-quality, actionable incident outcomes while shaping market offerings for resilience and technical risk management. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the full lifecycle of cyber incident response engagements for clients (investigation, containment, remediation, recovery). * Review deliverables and coordinate technical sessions to ensure high-quality service. * Prepare incident reports, technical documentation, and client communications with clarity and accuracy. * Enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions using standards (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS) to improve readiness and recovery. * Identify opportunities for process optimization in monitoring, detection, and response. * Manage and mentor US and US-India teams to deliver technology risk services. * Champion development of Deloitte’s Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings. * Drive continuous improvement of monitoring, delivery, and reliability of services. * Provide thought leadership and training; contribute to security awareness initiatives. Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience (incident response, resilience, cyber transformation programs). * BS/BA degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Limited visa sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
