Job description

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s Cyber Defense and Resilience team as an experienced Cyber Incident Response professional. You will define, deliver, and improve client IR programs to support readiness, response, and recovery from cyber incidents or crises. You will drive the design and deployment of Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience offerings, acting as an internal integrator and champion. Your work will shape incident readiness, detection, and remediation across clients and industries, delivering high-quality, measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead full lifecycle of cyber incident response engagements including investigations, containment, remediation, and recovery. * Review deliverables and coordinate technical sessions to ensure high-quality service. * Prepare incident reports, technical documentation, and client communications with clarity and accuracy. * Develop and enhance Crisis & Incident Response solutions based on ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS to improve readiness and recovery. * Identify opportunities for process optimization in monitoring, detection, and response. * Supervise and mentor team members (US and US-India) to foster performance and collaboration. * Champion Deloitte’s Cyber Defense & Resilience offerings in Crisis & Incident Response and Technical Resilience. * Drive continuous improvement of monitoring, delivery, and reliability using best practices and tools. * Provide thought leadership and training; contribute to new requirement evaluation and security awareness initiatives. * Manage and mentor a US and US-India team to ensure effective delivery of technology risk management services. Tasks * 10+ years of hands-on experience in Cyber Defense & Resilience, including incident response and cyber transformation programs. * BS/BA degree * Limited visa sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel up to 50% on average Key requirements *
