Senior, SAP Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s SAP Global Trade group, you help clients maximize SAP investments and modernize trade processes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess systems, design and deploy GTS solutions, and enable scalable, compliant international trade operations. You contribute to growing the SAP GTS practice and share expertise across the firm. This role blends design thinking with process improvement and technology to drive tangible business outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Assess existing information systems and identify gaps during workshops with business users * Assess and deploy technology solutions to enable international trade management operations * Plan compliance and explore automated import/export solutions * Develop customized solutions and draft functional design documentation * Support new business processes around global trade, supply chain, and other key functions * Deliver and provide implementation support for complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment * Promote knowledge sharing to strengthen Deloitte’s collective capabilities * Contribute to the development and growth of the SAP GTS practice globally Tasks * Minimum 5 years’ relevant SAP consulting or industry experience * Experience implementing SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Trade Preference) * Technical or functional lead on at least 2 full-lifecycle SAP implementations * Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 modules (SD, MM, LE) * Bachelor’s degree in a legal, business or technology related field * Ability to travel up to 10% * Active accreditations or willingness to obtain (CPA, attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Import/Export certifications) * Hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days on-site in the US Key requirements *
